Day 1 - Monday 3rd June 2024
Day of Welcome, Opening ceremony with roles & ritual objects dispensed, and Glamour Radiance dinner
11 am - 1 pm - Arrivals
Arrivals from 11 am from hotel, airport, train station or other location.
You will be offered a welcome drink, shown to your bedroom.
Mistress at a previous Anne O Nomis event held at the castle.
Unpack and make yourself at home.
Governess Anne O Nomis will also be available to greet guests and provide tours of the common areas, castle, pool and outdoor areas including the history of the various elements.
Entrance to the Castle
1 pm - Buffet Lunch served on ground floor level of castle.
2.30 pm - Time to relax, freshen up and prepare for the Opening Ceremony.
3.30 pm - Official Opening Ceremony of Inana
Anne will be officially opening Inana, and her own role as the Governess of Inana. She will be going over the tenets of Inana, with formal contractual agreement by subjects to those tenets, signing, wax seals and collaring by the FemDoms. The Inana accoutrements curated by Governess Anne O Nomis will be presented to the FemDoms by the collared subjects. (Note: These are curated and vary in content each year - the below photograph is an examplar of a previous kit Anne O Nomis made up.) Mini booklets for Inana 2024 will be presented.
Mistress of Discipline (a senior role) will be introduced and presented with ceremonial rod and accounting slate by Governess Anne O Nomis. Her role as the keeper of discipline accounting and bestowing will be explained to all the subjects, and how consequences will be meted out nightly by the FemDoms of Inana, and the slate wiped clean.
Lady of Pleasure will be introduced and presented with ceremonial bell and pleasure pack by Governess Anne O Nomis. She will be explaining the demanding requirements upon subjects to keep up with the pleasures and desires of the FemDoms of Inana.
The other Mistresses of Inana will be introduced and their special domain role allocated with prior discussion / agreement in advance with Governess Anne O Nomis. These may be selected from:
Chief Inspector of Hygiene (who will be ensuring maintenance of hygiene standards; with magnifying glass, white gloves and pointer whip)
Director of Ceremonies (who will be overseeing Goddess worship ceremony, as well as amusements, entertainment and games - with hat and wand, pouch of ticklers and tortures)
Mistress of Deliciousness (with special access to check on meal planning, supermarket shopping, chef and kitchen hands - with kitchen and meal planning list and sampler tray, and leather strop)
Head Principal of Systems (who will be overseeing systems to ensure Inana’s smooth running, such as set up and maintenance of cleaning stations, sunscreen / insect repellant stations, water and drinks stations, rubbish removal, towels, low wastage of food and money, etc - with post-its and riding crop)
6 pm - 7 pm Inana subjects (subs & slaves) to receive high protocol training.
Note: Kitchen staff are released for dinner preparations having already previously received their high protocol training on day prior to Inana’s official opening.
7 pm - FemDoms & subs / slaves readying themselves
7.30 pm - Glamour themed FemDom dinner with high protocol service
The evening’s FemDom dinner will be conducted with high protocol, with the subjects standing beside each Mistress’s chair and will not sit unless / until their Mistress sits. They will be serving Her from Her left side, and using their left hand. Demerit points for incorrect or improper conduct will be marked or “chalked” up.
Cleaning of the slate, with punishments allocated and undertaken. Overseen by the Mistress of Discipline and other Mistresses of Inana.
Optional playtime - for those who have energy and enthusiasm.
11 pm - Cookies & night cap, arranged and overseen by Mistress of Deliciousness.
Day 2 Tuesday 4th June - Day of Intention-setting, Unusual cultural punishments workshop & “Trussed up for the Goddess” dinner with Slave Auction
8.00 am - Subjects to arise for buffet breakfast set-up overseen and taught by Governess Anne O Nomis.
This will be prepared with croissants / pastries, fresh bread, fresh fruit, tinned fruit, yogurt in ice bowl, cereal, cold cuts platter, cheese platter with clean white towel coverings. With coffee, tea and herbal tea, orange juice and water.
8.30 am - 9.25 am Systems and schedule meeting with Governess Anne O Nomis & ALL subjects (subs & slaves), to allocate schedule of responsibilities on timetable to ensure subjects have ideally plenty of time off in which they are not attending any group responsibilities. Governess Anne will be aiming to achieve maximum efficiency, avoiding double-ups, clearing up confusion and doubt, having a place for everything, good systems, etc.
In attendance at this meeting will be:

9.30 am - MISTRESS BREAKFAST EGG SERVICE - Eggs cooked fresh to order alongside Continental buffet breakfast already laid out available.
10.15 am - Breakfast to be packed away
10.30 am - Intention-setting & sharing for Inana retreat; boundaries and needs.
We will be having a round-circle discussion in which everyone will share their intentions for Inana FemDom event in confidence of those present. Also shared and discussed will be interpersonal boundaries and individual needs. For each subject of Inana, what personal boons (rewards) and punishments best fit their psychology.
11.45 am - Director of Ceremonies will lead discussion on parameters of the slave auction
Mistress of Ceremonies will be go through how the slave auction will work for the evening’s entertainment and play, and lead discussion on parameters in relation to what is or isn’t ok and particularly those also who have come as a couple.
12.30 pm - Break - with chef team to be preparing lunch
1 pm - LUNCH - served by subjects of Inana
2.30 pm - Uncommon Cultural Punishments Workshop taught by Governess Anne O Nomis
Likely held in playroom unless advised otherwise. (If weather is amazing, we may opt to hold outdoors.) Anne will be leading a workshop class introducing uncommon cultural punishments - from history and across different countries, with opportunity for practice of these by the Mistresses of Inana on their subjects.
5 pm - Dinner crew to be relieved to attend the kitchen in order to prepare the night’s dinner, while the remaining subjects of Inana to help the Mistress of Ceremonies to set-up the Slave Auction.
Mistresses to enjoy socialising, taking a break, having a bath etc as preferred.
7.30 pm - “Trussed up for the Goddess” Themed Dinner
Dinner will feature trussed up, tortured and well-contained food, overseen by Mistress of Deliciousness.
The Mistresses of Inana will be wearing Goddess themed attire, in honour of our patron deity and fellow Goddesses. The subjects of Inana (subs and slaves) will be wearing attire dictated / specified by the Mistress they serve according to Her desire.
Dinner dishes to be cleared off the table ahead of the Slave Auction.
8.30 pm - The Slave Auction
Following dinner (but before dessert), the slave auction will commence, convened by the Mistress of Ceremonies. Evening of enjoyment of slave services and use.

10.00 pm - Cakes & Cleaning of the Slate.
Two cakes will be brought out and laid out for the Mistresses’ pleasure, alongside fresh berries. Mistress of Discipline will lead the Cleaning of the Slate.
Day 3 Wednesday 5th June - Day of devotion, worship, service to the pleasure of the Goddess, chastity, virtue, cleanliness and penance, with roast dinner
8.00 am - Designated subjects of Inana (who are on breakfast crew) report to kitchen to prepare Continental buffet breakfast.
8.30 am - Continental buffet breakfast available for early risers
9.30 am - Egg service available for Mistresses, alongside Continental buffet breakfast already out.
10.15 am - Breakfast to be cleared away
10.30 am - Devotional service of readings prepared by the subjects of Inana & chastity devices go on (for those being put into chastity)
This may be a reading of a Goddess hymn from the ancient world, a work they have composed in honour of their Mistress, a poem, a song, exert or other shared reflection of devotion. Those to be put into chastity devices will have that undertaken by their Mistress.

11.30 am - Stations of worship and service
The Lady of Pleasure will be leading the worship and service session. Each of the chain of Mistresses on their throne chairs will give their instructions and tips for the subjects of Inana on how they can best worship and service the Mistresses. Each subject of Inana will have the specified fragrant essential oil blend requested for anointing their Mistress.
(Lunch has been moved back to 1.30 pm today to enable time for this.)

1.15 pm - Lunch team dismissed to prepare the picnic lunch
1.30 pm - Lunch will be served as a picnic lunch out on the grass of the castle grounds - weather permitting. Alternatively if the weather is unsuited, we will have lunch in the castle dining area.
2.45 pm - Lunch to be cleared away
3.00 pm - Mistresses relax and socialise, while subjects of Inana have 1 hour to rush around and attend mess in common rooms, bedrooms, stations and systems, and personal bathing and appearance ahead of inspection. (However if they have already attended this on previous times, they will not have to be away rushing around and can just enjoy attending the Mistresses of Inana.)

4.00 pm - Chief Inspector of Hygiene begins her rounds with her magnifying glass, white gloves and pointer whip; while the Head Principal of Systems will begin her rounds of the stations and systems adherence.
5.00 pm - Inspection: Cleanliness, Goddessliness and Confessional Assembly
All Mistresses and subjects of Inana will be convening. The Chief Inspect of Hygiene will be giving her summaries on what she discovered on her rounds of the castle commons, rooms and inspection of all the subjects’ appearances. The Head Principal of Systems will present her findings on the stations and system adherence. The Mistress of Discipline will convene a brief discussion of consequences relating to the findings.

6.00 pm - Confessional & Penitence
Governess Anne will be going through the items for Confession.
* Blasphemy: disrespectful or patriarchal language, or failing to use proper title of address
* Calumny: telling lies about another
* Despair: to believe that the Mistress / Goddess will refuse to forgive you
* Gluttony: eating or drinking to excess, particularly unhealthy food
* Impure thoughts; or lack thereof.
* Laziness: an unwillingness to work and expend energy for and in honour of the Goddess.
* Masturbation: mis-directing your attention and energy on your own pleasure
* Presumption: impertinence and/or arrogance of believing to know your Mistresses’s wants or mind
* Rudeness: a lack of manners, courtesy, respect or appropriateness
* Uncleanliness: a lack of pride in one’s hygiene and cleanliness of self or environment
* Sins of ommission: of not doing what you know or should be evident that you should have done
The subjects of Inana will prepare their Confession.
7.00 pm - Preparation of dinner
8.00 pm - Roast Dinner / Priestess Themed Dinner (both meat option & vegetarian / vegan options, overseen by Mistress of Deliciousness), with the Mistresses wearing their Priestess colours of red, lapis blue, green, violet purple, golden yellow etc.

9.30 pm - Punishment, Predicament & Penance (PP&P)
With a list of mythological and historical punishments meted out by Goddesses, the Mistresses of Inana will gather together to decide upon creative and appropriate - Punishment, Predicament and Penance. (Note: This will substitute for the usual cleaning of the slate ritual.)
Day 4 Thursday 6th June - Town visit, Shop ‘till you drop day, Gil Eannes Hospital Ship, Chocolate factory, Fish & salads dinner & showing off shopping
8.00 am - Designated subjects of Inana (who are on breakfast crew) report to kitchen to prepare Continental buffet breakfast.
8.30 am - Continental buffet breakfast available for early risers
9.30 am - Egg service available for Mistresses, alongside Continental buffet breakfast already out.
10.15 am - Breakfast to be cleared away
10.45 am - Departures to local village for shopping
Anne recommends around Praça da República square, and she will be taking people who haven’t already been on a previous trip - to the Museu do Traje (the local museum which houses Portuguese traditional costumes, jewellery and more).
Eat out at local eatery at one’s whim, with logistics and cost of this one lunch being attended to by subjects of Inana / submissive or slave of their Mistress to the lunch destination of their preference.
3.00 pm - Inana subjects & Mistresses to meet at Gil Eannes Hospital Ship on waterfront

8.30 pm - 10.30 pm - Director of Ceremonies will be opening the Multi-Mistress favourite things to do, and giving a workshop on Her favourite FemDom activity / thing (topic to be announced).
Night ends with cleaning of the slate, overseen by the Mistress of Discipline and other Mistresses of Inana.
Day 5 Friday 7th June - Special Multi-Mistress “Favourite Things” workshop and training day, The slave hunt, Black leather & Italian dinner
8.00 am - Designated subjects of Inana (who are on breakfast crew) report to kitchen to prepare Continental buffet breakfast.
8.30 am - Continental buffet breakfast available for early risers
9.30 am - Egg service available for Mistresses, alongside Continental buffet breakfast already out.

Day 6 Saturday 8th June - Morning trip to Valença do Minho, Afternoon Hercules challenges & Mysteries Run-the-gauntlet (castle) ritual

10.30 am - Leaving to the historic walled riverside town of Valença do Minho, approximately 45 minute drive from the castle.
11.15 am “ish” - Visit to the historic Fortress of Valença do Minho.
Built in the 13th Century and upgraded during the 17th & 18th Centuries, built across two hills and formed by two polygons - Recent Magistral and Coroada, separated by a ditch with four doors. Variously destroyed by Barbarians, Moors, armies of Asturias and Leon, and French troops - and rebuilt and restored repeatedly.
Inside the Fortress is a Roman milestone from the 1st Century CE, with inscription:
TIBERIUS CLAUDIUS CAESER AUGUSTUS GERMANICUS PONTIFEX MAXIMUS. IMPERATOR V CONSUL III, TRIBUNICIA POTESTATE III. PATER PATRIAE BRACARA XLII.
It marks 42 Roman miles' (62 km) distance on the road from Braga to Tui, and the Emperor Claudius ordered its construction when Via IV of Antoine was rebuilt.
Next we visit the International bridge inspired by Eiffel works, built in 1879 by Portugal and Spain.
12.30 pm - Lunch in Valença do Minho at restaurant specialising in local specialisations of Northern Portugal
1.45 pm - Return to castle
2.30 pm - Hercules challenges for the subjects of Inana. (Meanwhile women will be plotting the Mysteries ‘Run-the-gauntlet (castle)’ Ritual)
4.30 pm - The Mysteries ‘Run-the-gauntlet (castle)’ Ritual begins
The content of this ritual is kept top-secret from outsiders of Inana.
7.30 pm “ish” - ANCIENT WORLD THEMED BANQUET & GRADUATION
Dinner will be served on a slab of bread as a plate (on a plate), and feature ancient world theme, inspired by Mesopotamian, Greek, Roman, Celtic and Norse mythology and history, and an ancient version of “bubble and squeak” utilising food to avoid wastage.
Governess Anne to issue graduation certificates to attendees.
